• Ukuqina kwemisipha ngenxa yokubaleka kwangaphandle okanye ukuzilolonga
• Ubuhlungu obuhlala buhleli okanye ukuxinezeleka emqolo, emagxeni okanye emilenzeni
• Iintlungu ezingapheliyo zamalungu (ezifana nesifo samathambo esisenziwa mandundu yimozulu ebandayo)
Usifaka njani isicelo:
1. Sebenzisa iphedi yokufudumeza (engatshisi), ipakethe eshushu, okanye itawuli eshushu.
2. Faka isicelo semizuzu eyi-15–20 ngexesha.
3. Sebenzisa ngaphambi kokuba wenze umthambo ukukhulula izihlunu eziqinileyo okanye emva kokuzilolonga ukuze uphumle uxinezeleko.
